Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sage is being used to order supplies and medications for our clinics and administrations. It's being used by all our departments in the whole agency.

Pros and Cons

Gives a complete overview of all supplies you can order.
Gives you list of prior orders and dates of when they were ordered.
Gives you an estimate date of when you might receive your order.

Easier way to find previous orders - it's not very clear.
Pictures of items you are trying to order - it can be difficult to order when you're not sure if it's the right item.
A list of items frequently ordered [so] you can just reorder without having to search for such items.

Sage Intacct Automation

I believe my organization has benefited from those financial processes. We are able to track orders and able to see what orders we have received.

Not sure if this has affected our company or not.

At first, it was a little overwhelming but after a few tries, it was pretty easy to get the hang of everything. Our organization had a webinar on how to use Sage Intacct.

Sage is well suited when you have to order from multiple vendors. Everything is there but [it] does not give you an image when you're not sure what the name of the item is and only have a visual [to work with].
