Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct helped us streamline many problems we have had in the past. It keeps all of our records in one place and makes it easier for us to effectively get our jobs done. We are able to do the close and all other monthly tasks in a timely fashion with a smaller team.
  • General ledger is easy to use.
  • Customer support.
  • Multiple integrations.
  • Help desk access can lag if it is not a major issue.
  • It has given us the ability to use our product more as a whole, instead of having items disconnected.
We do not currently use any automation in our business.
We use multi-entity and it makes it so much easier, as we can have one login with access to all financial records instead of multiple logins that cost us more time and money. We only need one chart of accounts that streamlines everything as well.
Sage Intacct is highly intuitive and super easy to use. I like to try new things in the system and am not worried about screwing anything up. I found there is nothing you can do in the system that cannot be undone. It is best to go through implementation with the vendor if you have never used it before, but if you're setting it up for a second or third time, one can do it themselves.

Sage Intacct is great for any type of company. I have used it in the for-profit and not-for-profit spaces at very different entities. They make it so that it is super easy to use, even non-finance-driven departments can log in and see the information they need with minimal training needed.
