Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It is being used across the whole organization for reporting in hopes that departments stick to their budget.

We benefit from all automation.
We use multi entity to keep our records from our Franchisees separate from our financials
I was able to figure it out on my own, this is the first accounting software that I have used.
Sage is the only accounting software that we use but we do use avidexhange as our AP processor

The Intacct community is a great feature and helps me get through most of my problems. Right now, I am working through the bank rec import module and it's just not working for my company due to the way journal entries are made and it comes across the bank.

Not-For-Profit Usage

User friendly, lots of add ons, constantly updating to the needs of users

It was easy and it works perfect
We use dashboards for each department head so they can stay on top of their budget .
We use it at our company, however I am rarely in it. I always use the top level function

Hi-Tech Usage

We use bank rec automation. We do not use the feed, we simply import our bank transactions into Intacct and it auto matches.
I do not have an example of where it helped in revenue recognition

COVID-19 Updates & Changes

We integrate Avidxchange, it works great and our invoices from Avidexhange import over with ease
We did not have any challenges with working from home with Intacct.
