Prior to selecting Intacct, we reviewed multiple systems. Ultimately we chose Intacct due to its power, flexibility, and ability to integrate with other systems. We found QBO too limiting in its power and features, Netsuite too expensive and too much of a "walled garden" and Blackbaud to clunky and buggy with poor user reviews.
