Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage Intacct for timekeeping and employee records. My use is primarily for timesheets. Because of an issue with other tracking software, I understand that we switched over to Sage Intacct recently. I've been using it since my first day here, and find it very easy to track my time.
  • time keeping
  • Budget tracking
  • Project tracking
  • Timesheets are not ready after initial sign-in, but have to be activated for use
  • the auto-fill features are touchy, and sometimes don't work as intended with Microsoft Edge
  • Having simple timesheets has helped me worry about one less thing while in the middle of a project
While I'm sure my organization has benefitted in some way, these features are beyond my scope of use when it comes to Sage Intacct. Perhaps if I ever join another project, more of these features will become viable to me. At that point, I'll be able to provide a more comprehensive review.
My previous answer applies here as well: While I'm sure my organization has benefitted in some way, these features are beyond my scope of use when it comes to Sage Intacct. Perhaps if I ever join another project, more of these features will become viable to me. At that point, I'll be able to provide a more comprehensive review.
My HR/IT department performed any configurations needed when I was first hired on. I briefly explored some of the features Intacct has to offer, but none of them are required within my role. HR was able to have things set up fairly quickly for me, however. I'm assuming they reached out to the vendor.

Do you think Sage Intacct delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Sage Intacct's feature set?

Yes

Did Sage Intacct live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Sage Intacct go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Sage Intacct again?

Yes

If you need more detailed features beyond simple time tracking, Sage Intacct would be a great program to use. While some of the other features are not within my scope of utilization, after a cursory examination, I can see where they would be very valuable. If timesheets are the primary or sole concern, it may be a bit too feature-laden for the scope an organization is looking for.
