Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct to manage purchases of goods and services. It has served to consolidate and centralize our previous process for purchases, which has, in turn, made it easier for our employees to know one system for requisitioning goods and/or services, rather than the need to remember multiple processes that we used to have in place.
Pros
- Centralize the requisitioning process in one place.
- Eliminating the need for hard copies of all PRs/POs/Invoices, etc...
- Recurring purchases can be established, which eliminates the occasionally missed order and/or payment.
Cons
- Easier search functions when looking for vendors
- A notification system when recurring bill have populated
- Perhaps a way to store invoices in the system, so an external system, such as Google, isn't required
- Safe has saved time in the business office with handling hard copies
- Sage has positively affected our use of paper
- Sage has been user friendly, making training less needed
We have not fully utilized this functionality yet.
