Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage Intacct daily to manage both our consulting/project billing as well as manage hardware and software sales. We also implement Sage Intacct for our clients.

  • Security by location.
  • Better support for custom forms like statements and cheques.
  • Improved order management and revenue recognition.
  • Improved visibility into financials.
  • Cloud based application made it easy to roll out during pandemic both internally and with clients.
Yes - our order management heavily relies on the drop-ship/buy to order functionality to match Order to PO's. And the use of custom email templates enables us to provide the exact information each vendor needs when sending their PO.
We used ourselves as a guinea pig - so we implemented Sage Intacct internally ourselves before going out to implement for others. Sage was helpful, but cutting our teeth on the product and learning from an end-user perspective was helpful to be able to better relate to our customers through their implementation journey.
