Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct in our day to day operations from AP to AR and month-close tasks and reporting. We have had issues in the past that included glitches in the system and syncing issues on the AP side that causes delays in our month-close. The slow response time from their support team also does not help.

Yes, being able to import data helps out instead of inputting all data manually.
Global consolidations help out immensely as we have multiple entities. Contract revenue management also helps, as we have a decent amount of clients, and being able to easily manage their revenue and billing schedule is important.
