Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Our organization migrated from SAGE 300, so Sage Intacct added significant efficiencies by being a cloud product. Sage Intacct is user friendly, robust, and implementation was very manageable. We needed a solution that moved everything to the cloud, included reporting, fixed assets, and had intuitive import capabilities. The migration and implementation was an overwhelming success. Sage Intacct is a must-do for any SAGE 300 user without question.
  • Financial Reporting
  • Drill down capabilities on transactions
  • A/P process
  • A/R invoicing
  • Importing in various scenarios
  • Property Management (in beta release)
  • Cash Management rigidity
  • Material reduction in consulting hours needed when we used Sage 300
  • Small team can handle scaling given ease of use and ability to rely on cloud technology
A good portion of our business requires closing monthly books on 17 entities with imports from 3rd party properties. The smooth and intuitive modules in A/P, A/R, CM allow efficient month end closes.
We used Digitek as an implementation partner from start to finish. The process went as smooth as an implementation could go. There is generally a lower level of customization allowed which for companies that are not exceptionally complex, allows for a faster and smoother implementation. The items that needed to be configured were not difficult to adjust to or implement.

Would you buy Sage Intacct again?

Yes

NetSuite was much too robust and complicated for our business. The financial reporting module lacked significantly in the ability to quickly and easily write reports without spending significant dollars on consultant help. Sage 300 was a dinosaur on a remote desktop server. Sage Intactt in the cloud has been the greatest advancement we've experienced in our F&A group. Sage Intacct maintains a neat, easy, clean feel all the way through the product.
Well suited: small to medium sized companies with businesses that run standard G/L accounting, A/P billing, vendor management, document attachments to vendors, A/R billing, financial reporting and the ability to create infinite types of reports easily and without the need for any outside help
Less robust: property management beta module is very rough, some of the construction reporting
