Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is a modern solution for cloud software for Accounting. It is an ideal solution if you're moving from Quickbooks or an older solution. Running reports are easy and there are many updates every quarter to help streamline manual processes. It is ideal for companies with large transactions except it can run slow depending on how you store the data. My company stores data in batches which help the speed issue.

- Intacct has helped scale our business as we were originally on Quickbooks
- Intacct doesn't seem to have the best large transaction management
- Intacct doesn't have direct support that can solve our problems within a day or two.
We have transactions automated through our internal developer teams. I don't know to what degree is our internal software and what is from Intacct but there's definitely support to make it happen. The speed of Intacct has been an issue for us. Overall, it's been a possible impact for our business.
