Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct to aggregate all financial transactions utilizing several dimensions. The reporting tool has allowed us the ability to provide department specific reports used all through out the organization. Though only utilized by us few accountants, it enables us to push reports to all of our corporate employees by a simple subscription.
- Product specific P&L reporting
- Paying vendors through ACH or Checks
- Keeping track of AR with advanced reporting and payment application
- Allowing for duplication of Transaction line items
- More simplified UI
- Better mobile site
- Insight into profitability of specific products
- Separation of duties comes easy with Intacct
- Approval workflow for the different portals need standardization
The pre-canned instance of Sage Intacct has required very little customization on our part which speaks to the thoughtfulness of the Sage Intacct team in developing a ready made ERP capable of operating from the moment you sign in. All the time not spent customizing is more time spent on key decision making.

Netsuite is designed for larger organizations with a more nuanced structure. I believe Sage Intacct is at its best at the small to midlevel scale.
