Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intaact is our accounting system used for our general ledger, monthly journal entries, accruals, AP processing, timecard tracking, and reporting. We use for our month end close, year-end close, and billing to other entities. We bill several customers and input about 100 invoices a month and utilize the project accounting in the tool which is very robust in managing our project costing.

- Setting up calendar year vs fiscal year does not work
- Sage allows us to close quickly and efficiently
- Reporting by project works well to record capital projects
- Automated deprecation works great and eliminated manual spreadsheets
The general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable works great for our needs. The upload of JE's work great and duplicating works great.

Intacct is much easier to use than the complicated layers of SAP and journal entries are so much easier.
Training new users is also easier on Sage than SAP.
