Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

I helped implement the software several years ago and Intacct is a very solid platform.

Pros

  • Custom Reporting and Dashboards
  • Multi-level Entity Structures

Cons

  • Difficult to learn / implement
  • Single source of truth
  • Standardized processes
This saves us a ton of team with month-end reconciliations.
The ability to create projects within different entities makes it super easy to track and tag development costs from start to finish.
It takes awhile to understand, but has the capacity to be designed however you need it. Only con is that there sometimes are a lot "clicks" to where you want to get.
More expensive but far more sophisticated.
