Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We are a mid-size nonprofit and we use Sage Intacct

Pros

  • Integrates with other applications
  • Dashboard reports
  • Ease of use

Cons

  • Restrict user permissions
  • Reclassify credit card transactions
  • Define date ranges on reports
  • We automated manual processes
  • We shortened monthly close process
  • We improved reporting capabilities
We automated revenue reporting from Salesforce with a direct sync to Intacct
We used a software consultant to help us configure our reports but now we configure our own reports
Intacct is far superior to MIP in terms of ease of use and integrations
