Sage Intacct Made My Day-to-Day Much Easier!

Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage Intacct as our accounting software. We needed software that could be automated with some of our other programs, like Salesforce and Ramp, and it has worked well.

Pros

  • Importing Data from Other Sources.
  • Duplicating Expenses for quicker entry.
  • Ease of Navigation - Very User Friendly.

Cons

  • The Charge Pay Off Portal is often slow.
  • The Reports Module is not as user friendly.
  • One slight change can change your entire report, and it's often hard to know where you went wrong. My trust in Intacct reports is not as strong as in Salesforce Reports.
  • Sage Intacct has given us a lot of time back.
  • It's allowed our productivity to increase.
  • It's also allowed for things to be processed faster so we can close out a month much quicker.
We have benefited from this feature, which has made our books more accurate. Transactions don't get missed or forgotten to enter when it's a 2-step process; instead, it's just automated for us.

Sage Intacct has been a great program for our company and has streamlined many of our processes. We can automate a lot of our data entry and easily duplicate transactions or expenses, so we're not wasting time on repetitive tasks. I think the reporting user-friendliness could be improved, but overall, I'm really happy with Sage Intacct, and it's a great improvement from using Quickbooks.
