A One Stop Software for Accounting.
Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
The Sage Intacct has been an integral part of my organization, helping maintain global accounting reports for our clients. The main problem that Sage Intacct has solved is multi-entity consolidation, which has helped us maintain multi-entity client accounts in a more efficient manner, which is a really good help in terms of auditing. Additionally, it integrates with other softwares such as Bill.com, Ramp, Nexonia, etc.. which is a really good help to maintain CC and T&E activities as a whole.
Pros
- Multi-Entity Consolidation (Top-Level and Entity Level).
- Integration with other software like Ramp and Nexonia.
- Bills Overview, which helps with the Auditing of Bills.
- The vendor and customer database helps to fetch all the data.
Cons
- Downloading bill register reports for all the entities at the top level would be helpful.
- An increase in the Time frame of the Auto-Log out feature for security will be helpful.
- I think there is some room in the automation part that can be improved.
- Positive - Accurate Financial Management.
- Positive - Cost Saving.
- Positive - Integration Capabilities.
- Negative - Dependency on the Internet.
- BILL, Ramp and Emburse Nexonia
The Integration between Sage Intacct and Bill, Ramp, and Nexonia is so smooth. All this software has a perfect sync with Sage Intacct, with an accuracy of 98%. There are sometimes specific issues in the sync between the software, but with the help of the tech team, I was able to overcome this.
