Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

My role in the accounts payable process - processing bills.One problem is our billing software does not allow us to process multi-currency bills (Ex: Base currency of entity - USD, vendor bill currency - EUR) accurately, which Sage intacct through its multi-currency billing feature allows me to process bills with the live exchange rates based on the bill dates.

We have benefited from the AP automation process in our organisation. We have started to automate our bills processing activities, vendor creation processes and much more. The automation process is integrated between Sage Intacct where we create our vendors and Bill.com which is our primary billing software. It has been very efficient till now as we started our automation process.
Our organization uses features like multi-entity consolidations, T&E management and much more. The multi-entity feature enables us to record the financials of a company which has multiple entities very efficiently. It allows us to restrict the transactions to a particular entity to which it is related to and also the multi-currency feature which is very useful for processing bills and recording FOREX transactions.
We were able to configure Sage Intacct on our own.

Sage Intacct's accounting software helps in end to end accounting process. I work in the accounts payable and it's features of creation of new vendor, extracting reports, processing bills - whether a single currency bill or multi-currency bill is easy to understand and once understood easy of use as well.The feature of closing accounting books during the month-end helps our firm to maintain our records accurate enough.
