Great software.

We use Intacct to create and pay bills, both internal and external, such as paying other vendors or creating reimbursements for our staff. We are a non-profit agency, so we also pay providers that run daycares. Additionally, we use Intacct to keep track of inventory.

My organization has benefited from this automation because we use the software for your accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. It is key to our line of work, and we would not be able to complete our work without being able to create bills on a large enough scope.

Sage Intacct provides a core set of financial capabilities that can be extended with more advanced modules such as multi-entity and global consolidations, etc. I have not used any of these additional modules. My agency has no use for them. However, I could see this being helpful for other companies.

Although I was not working at my company during COIVD-19, I have heard from other co-workers that they had no issues working from home during this time. Sage Inacct allows you to update in real time and the quick notifications to our inboxes can connect you with other co workers.
