Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It is our accounting so for our small nonprofit. There hasn't been a huge scope of ease for me as I want to learn more of what Sage Accounting can do but I do not have time because of the day to day things that are on my plate and Arminino training on Sage Accounting was NOT GOOD.

Pros

  • AP
  • AR
  • Customization

Cons

  • Release an upload for credit card receipts the same way for AP
  • and for other receipts in cash management
  • Easier integration for users and the teams software - Hubspot, Paylocity, etc
  • Better Training than ARMININO
  • Better financial control
  • Adaptability for growth
  • Very Steep learning curve & Implementation challenges
  • cost prices are crazy high
  • Love that it is cloud based and can access from anywhere
The approvals we like then anyone from above can see what is being paid out. We have not really figured out much more than AP/AR Cash Management.
We haven't doven into this yet
No I would not be able to configure it on our own. Great guided help would be great.

I love how easy some of the features are. The ease of uploading invoices, how you can connect departments, projects, etc for each transaction the ease of looking up transactions. The reporting is nice once you can figure it out. And the budget piece is great to be able to drill your budget down to a T.
