Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

we us Sage Intacct as our accounting and finance system, GL, AR, AP, the contracts module, fixed assets, collections, purchase requisitions, POs, it helps with our billing, revenue recognition, cash, bank account and credit card reconciliations, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, vendor and client statements and tracking.

Pros

  • the contracts module
  • dunning notices
  • financial reporting

Cons

  • more flexible software to deal with exceptions and adjustments
  • treating their clients as partners
  • focusing on the client experience when it comes to contracting, pricing and solving problems with the system
  • responsiveness
  • reporting helps us make informed decisions
  • data helps us better analyze or business
contract revenue management has helped us more efficiently recognize revenue and bill clients =
we have had very good support from some and not good from others
