Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage Intacct as an ERP. It is our financial system that Accounting relies on heavily for AP, AR, GL items.

Pros

  • AP Module
  • Reporting
  • Easy API connection

Cons

  • Automation capabilities
  • Ability to customize modules
  • Built in Reporting
  • Its production issues are limited, and we have not had any issues during close
We have maximized what we can automate. We use Workato for more extensive automations.
Very easy, and the help page is very good.
Oracle is much more complex, and needs developers

For Companies with lower volumes of transaction and not a complicated accounting process. I would recommend Sage Intacct.
