Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce CMS

Salesforce CMS, helped us to create a seamless process in terms of our Sales Revenue. By doing some integration work with the system it's a big help to make sure that we are able to be on top of our goals individually and with out team. We used Salesforce to track, login, exchange email with our client and most importantly our pipeline. With Salesforce our productivity increase 50% giving us more edge around our competitors. In terms of cases we have Event planning, Room Blocks & Guest Coordination where we consistently share a real-time information about our room block options, availability, and updates through our integrated portals and websites.
