Cons
- Lack of customer service.
- Product delays.
- Saved time using Salesforce engineers.
- Decreased ROI due to in-house integrations.
Since we are operating within the Salesforce platform such as the DMP and Marketing Cloud, integrating Commerce Cloud was an efficient and consistent way to streamline the processes.
