Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud

Our university uses Salesforce Sales Cloud for recruitment and admissions. Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us keep track of our prospects, our recruitment efforts, and our applications. We review the applications and associated requirements in Salesforce Sales Cloud. We have an externally facing web portal built on Salesforce for our applicants to review their application requirements and status. We utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud reports and dashboards to track progress and metrics.

Cons

  • I wish the report builder interface was faster
  • Purchasing extra storage is expensive
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud allows us to reach more prospects, more efficiently
  • The flexibility of Salesforce Sales Cloud has allowed us to be more nimble. Business process changes can quickly be accounted for in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • The reporting tool allows us to quickly create ad hoc reports to identify and respond to situations.
The cloud service is reliable and robust. It will scale up as your business grows. The platform is very flexible and has multiple tools for creating and managing automation. It integrates with the email tool Marketing Cloud.
