Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft

Salesloft is our prospecting tool to send emails, LinkedIn connections and cold calls. We build cadences in Salesloft and use it for activity reporting.

Pros

  • Cadence building and rhythm tracking
  • Cold call notes and tracking
  • Integration with Salesforce

Cons

  • Reporting - when I see results, I can't click on them to see the details
  • AI cadences - I'd like each email personalized so we aren't using a template
  • keeps sales team organized and makes each sales rep more productive
