Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft

Our SDRs rely completely on Salesloft for all of their outreach! It has transformed their efficiency, provided visibility for managers and between colleagues, helped us track and develop best practices, and even systematized our inbound responses.

Salesloft has been the most user friendly of the sales enablement tools we have evaluated. We rely on this to train our entry-level SDRs so that they can ramp up quickly to produce results.

Salesloft is extremely user friendly and a great starting place for organizations who are getting started with prospecting at scale. They have expanded into tools that assist Account Executives which is fantastic but some functionality of the prospecting tools and support have dipped in the meantime. I believe that in time, Salesloft will steady its support of both areas and continue to serve sales teams with excellence.
