Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft
Salesloft is used daily by the sales team to manage daily prospecting in a single place. Before we started using Salesloft, our team was using a clunky system which was hard to navigate through tasks and activity which was all being logged manually. Salesloft has given us the ability to easily complete tasks through Rhythm which helps prioritise tasks in order of importance using AI. We weren't able to produce reports easily to the level of depth which Salesloft gives us. Salesloft has a full analytics section which gives us in-depth insights into where prospecting is working and where we can improve and change going forward. It allows us to be proactive and is an easy and intuitive system to use for all of the team.

Cons
- Unable to see the full calendar view on individual tasks occasionally
- The box on rhythm to reschedule multiple tasks should be made visible. It's not easy to spot.
- Dialer is poor, frequently have issues with calls being unclear.
- Linkedin messages are not synced so have to be added manually.
- Improved visibility of workload
- Easier way to manage pipeline
