Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft
Mainly within our SDR organization for structured outbounding and cadenced follow up from inbound leads. We are also now rolling out more of the Conversation Recording features for coaching purposes, AI analysis, and more detailed data gathering and follow up.
Pros
- Flagging of keywords and topics for coaching
- Setting up an easy to follow cadence and structure for consistent outreach
- Integrates well with CRM (Salesforce) with flexibility in mapping custom fields as needed
Cons
- The varying definitions of ownership (Owner vs. CRM owner) sometimes leads to confusion by users.
- Does not always recognize record deletion from SFDC and translate to
- Building automations would be nice to have a more visual view of the rules and flow (flowchart, if/then chart, etc)
- Improved daily workflow for activity tracking by SDRs - allowed for data collection and analaysis
