Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

We are using SAP Analytics Cloud to automate business processes. Whereas SAP Analytics tool is a plus for us that is providing our customers with realtime interactive dashbaords.Most of our clients where facing this problem of automate report generation that can help them forecast their inventory , logistics this has given us a great rise in ROI.

Pros

  • First and foremost is real-time access to data from SAP s4 hana system.
  • This data can be further used for forecasting and reporting stuff.
  • from mobile /tablets approvals can be done for forecasting

Cons

  • connection to salesforce and google analytics is there but lacks smoothness.
  • license part is a bit confusing in terms of role based and too costly.
  • Some of the data models are complex for business users who are non techy to understand
  • Positive impact on businesses, reducing decision cycles from weeks to days with real-time dashboards.
  • Predictive analysis and integrated planning have improved forecasting, leading to better resource allocation.
  • Eliminates the need for multiple tools and hence maintaining IT cost
Single platform to plan and predict instead of juggling with multiple tools business users are getting one environment for reporting dashboard and forecasting. I personally like standard visuals in comparison to Tableau. For s4 HANA users live connections makes usability seamless. Also seamless mobile experience makes the tool much more easy accessible.

Powerful tool for SAP users. Helped us in automating the SAP ERP, s4 Hana and make it best use for SAP centric enterprises.

50 - We work across all the SAP modules - MM,SD,FICO,PP,WM,Payroll etc, as all the modules are integrated together to fulfil the whole purpose of our clients. Approximate 10-15 members in each team work on specific modules as per specialization. Our only and only soul-purpose is to provide our customers with best data driven analytics for their organization growth.
30 - We are divided here into two groups . 15- 20 employees are engaged in implementation projects where rest 30 folks take care of support activity related to SAP Analytics cloud . The skillset includes primary functional and basic technical knowledge which is sufficient to effectively run our team for smooth delivery of projects .

  • Dashboards can be directly embedded into SAP S/4HANA Fiori apps, providing users with instant insight within their daily workflows. This has improved productivity to next level.
  • Real-time collaboration between Finance, SD, and Procurement teams.
  • SAC integration with SAP AI has lessened financial risk .
The platform has played a major role in reporting and planning. Integration with SAP S/4HANA, user-friendly dashboards, and collaborative planning capabilities that have significantly improved decision-making process. The ease of integration with non-SAP systems has been advantage overall, SAC delivers strong ROI and scope of a bit improvement is required when data is huge.
