Overall Satisfaction with SAP Commerce Cloud

SAP Commerce Cloud is being used by our organization as a cloud storage solution across various eCommerce platforms. It offers multiple digital management features that help us in providing customized solutions as per different requirements. The automation capabilities have made many of our processes hassle-free. It is a very flexible and robust platform.

Scalability is a very critical component while selecting any eCommerce product for our organization. SAP Commerce Cloud has constantly allowed us to scale up with our services and it offers a seamless process of scalability. SAP Commerce Cloud comes with out-of-the-box modules with ready-to-use functionality. We can also customize these modules by adding extensions in order to tailor them to our unique requirements.
Since our organization has implemented various SAP modules, therefore it was very easy for us to integrate SAP Commerce Cloud with pre-existing software. Data sharing within multiple platforms has enabled us to make informed decisions to optimize our business processes. SAP Commerce Cloud offers pre-built integrations with other SAP products therefore we can directly add the necessary functionality rather than going through the entire integration process.
Although the pricing is high SAP Commerce Cloud makes it worth every penny due to its high quality and wide range of functionalities. Since our organization has already been using other SAP products, it is easily integrated with minimum hassle and takes less time to get used to. Also, because it is well-reputed and best in the market.

One of the best things about SAP Commerce Cloud is that it performs exceptionally well even when there is a high traffic of data. It allows a high level of customization which has enabled us to offer a wide range of services. Initially, the learning curve for this could be steep but eventually, over time you can get the gist of it easily.
