- Personalization
- Flexibility for customization as per business needs

Cons
- Standard in-built reports for admins like Order details, Dispatch details, Customer master, Inventory report (Sold and unsold items). All reports in tabular format like we have in SAP S/4 HANA ERP
- Standard Dashboard for Admins showing top customers, top selling SKUs, Most searched products
- Simple yet detailed report on integration failure logs which admins can read and understand the problem statement. Hints on resolving the issue.
- Objectwise change log report for particular date range
- Backoffice should be made simple for use. As of now admins struggle to find the information. Navigation is very poor in backoffice.
- Inventory management and tracking made easy
- Order processing time is saved, approx. 2 hours per day, which is around 40 hours a month. This is for limited number of live stores.
