Overall Satisfaction with SAP Commerce Cloud

  • Use to design and develop very complex B2B business model requirements like Assortment, Personalization's, Custom Search Experiences, REST and Soap based integrations, Order and Multiple Cart for the customer, etc.
  • We also resolve problems like displaying real-time pricing as well as stock from ERP, also implement Personalization on the product display.
  • It's is very easy to integrate context-driven services and provide a way for businesses to analyze customer behavior.
  • CCV2 really helps and reduces efforts towards dev-ops like building and deploying code to the environment.
  • One of the best things to solve problems is to have implemented a complex assortment, using adaptive search as well as customizing search flow easily with minimal effort.
  • Business-friendly UI as well as configuration by which Business can customize search experience for specific page-level along with customization of specific value.
  • Flexibility over integrations, at the same time, can provide API as well can be consumers. Also, have OOTB integrations using SCPI which really helps in onboarding Catalogs details to SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • SAP Commerce Cloud Integration with context-driven services to achieve customer behavior as well as apply segmentation and product recommendations, is very easy and it is out of the box with the minimum effort it is working perfectly.
  • SAP Commerce Cloud on CCV2 makes life easier as there is no need of having big experience in the dev-ops side as build and deployment pipelines are already available. Also, there is zero downtime which is saving business as the site is always available.
  • As per experience performance is the area where improvement can be done when ordering 500 products and more.
  • SAP support for CCV2 deployment and SAP Products issues.
  • If we can bring Facet hierarchy feature as well as slider facets options out of box
  • There are performance issues in grouping functionality if we have many children of a group in PLP/CLP.
  • It has a positive impact on my client's business and ROI is higher than expected. As orders count is increasing due to smooth and better experience.
  • My current client's customers have given very positive experience about new website built on SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • Due to SAP Commerce Cloud website rollout is very easy and due to it, my current client has introduced around 25 websites. As SAP Commerce Cloud logic needs to develop once and can be reused for multiple websites easily with minimal effort.
  • Branding is also very easy as promotions, events can be implemented on the website easily and with minimum time.
  • Because most of the functionality of B2B and B2C are coming out of the box, this way MVP can be built within a short span of time and the website can be rolled out without losing time.
  • Customization is also very easy as SAP already took care of many requirements which generally require to expand by business-like restrictions, assortments, order process, etc.
  • Easy and flexibility have been given to Developers which means technically everything is possible if developers are smart and capable enough to achieve the expected requirement. So it is a win-win situation for developers and architects.
  • Indeed integrations are very easily irrespective of the system whether it is homogenous or heterogeneous.
  • We have all options open like we want to connect via REST, SOAP, SCPI, or any other way which is preferred.
  • Apart from that we also have a good feature Cloud HOTFOLDER integration which is working perfectly well in our case without any issue.
