Overall Satisfaction with SAP Commerce Cloud
SAP Commerce Cloud is used for our online shopping band website. We have extended this for Omni solution as well through ASM module. SAP Commerce allow to do customization to build your website and all kind of integration is possible as it allow to integration through rest API. Platform is flexible to configure your business use case like promotion creation, multiple pricing, API for APP development etc.
Pros
- ASM module for Omni Solution.
- Multiple Pricing as you don't have to build two site for domestic and international.
- Flexible to do custom solution on the top of SAP structure
Cons
- Product Catalog syncing from SAP. Too many steps and complicated process that need to be resolved.
- Pr-integration suite with market place to eliminated the OMS need.
- Solar to be more advance to eliminate the need to Unbox for bigger and complicated business
- All kind of integration is possible including app, Vendor.
- Catalog syncing is very time consuming and always has some or other problem.
