Overall Satisfaction with SAP Commerce Cloud

We use SAP Commerce Cloud to sell direct to our customer base, offering it across multiple countries with integrated pricing from our SAP ERP.

Pros

  • Integrated pricing from SAP ERP
  • Stock movements
  • Sales order processing

Cons

  • Real time stock checks - currently there is a delay on stock level checks
  • We have grown out BTC offering to cut out the middle man. Saving margin
Generally a good offering with one pain point on inventory checks
