In our organization, we use SAP Commerce Cloud for:
Omni channel for B2B, B2C
Receive Order

Pros

  • In my opinion, SAP Commerce Cloud does Availability well
  • In my experience, Order Processing is done well in SAP Commerce Cloud

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement if SAP Commerce Cloud Reduce Downtimes or Increase HA
  • SAP Commerce Cloud has a positive impact on our organization because SAP Commerce Cloud Increased Orders and reduces calls
I gave SAP Commerce Cloud this usability rating because, in my experience, SAP Commerce Cloud Works great as omnichannel platform
