Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
As an outside Account Manager staying current with Expenses while traveling is key. SAP Concur is our go to application for capturing receipts and filling out expense reports accurately so approvals can occur quickly. It is easy to take a picture of the receipt in the application have it saved to the server and attached to the expense. All from a smart phone. This application makes business travel easy vs coming back to the office to scan receipts and email them to yourself and attaching to an expense report.

Spreadsheets were the old way to submit expenses. They were usually teed up over a 30 day period which was a pain to keep track of. With SAP Concur the ease of keeping up when and where the expense occurs makes it easy to submit weekly expenses that are accurate and on-time.
I don't have any knowledge of other products SAP Concur is integrated with.
The ability to capture a receipt within the application is key. Also, attaching to an expense report is also easy. Sometimes no receipt is obtained and we need to summit a lost receipt report. Once this form is filled out a screen capture is easy to attach to SAP Concur just like it was a receipt.
It is an outstanding product that keeps us all current on expenses real time at the point that the expense in incurred. This makes keeping up with expenses a breeze. Even though Covid-19 has been our lives for the past 3 years there were still expenses incurred although smaller as we all worked from home. The application has never failed me other then getting into it a few times.
