Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
Concur digitilizes our travel, approval and expense processes. Coming from "an assistant does it" manual process, this was a very easy and successfull start of our digitlization journey.
We use Concur for travel bookings, time reporting from service technichians and do all expenses. We have a full integration int ECC and S/4 HANA on-prem systems.

Unfortunately there is no standard SAP interface available to share master data (SF EC) to Concur. This is actually crucial, so we had to design our our FTP interface. Here, SAP needs to follow up!

Unfortunately there is no standard SAP interface available to share master data (SF EC) to Concur. This is actually crucial, so we had to design our our FTP interface. Here, SAP needs to follow up!
Concurs has a clear pricing model, you pay by transaction (SaaS), it offers full device support (Mobiles...), so we are able to standardize our travel/expense processes without financial risks or ressource problems.
Users can easily take pictures of invoices and assign it to a specific cost object. That delegates the responsibility to the user and gives trust.
