Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We use this to track the expenses like employee reimbursements, incentive payments, wifi bills, hotel and transportation bills and many. Then it will go for several approvals.. This is very much helpful to our finance team to track down and monitor the expenses for further report generation's. Everything in my organization is handling with this application.

We integrated SAP Concur with Microsoft Teams to get instant notifications and Outlook.. SAP S/4HANA, Active Directory. Microsoft Teams helped us receive real-time approval notifications and stay updated on requests. Outlook allowed us to track incident alerts, approval stages, rejection reasons, and pending actions. SAP S/4HANA handled financial postings, Active Directory managed user roles, and Coupa supported procurement visibility. We are pretty much aligned a lot with all the transparency. Just loving this.
Hmm... SAP Concur really stands out because it brings everything together in one place, like travel booking, expense reporting, and approvals. Compared to other tools, it feels more organized, with smoother automation and easy connections to things like SAP and Outlook. We picked Concur for its clean interface, helpful mobile app, and how well it handles global workflows. It saves time, reduces errors, and gives us better visibility into spending.
Hmmmm... SAP Concur has honestly made things a lot smoother for us. Like, managing expenses and booking travel used to take so much manual effort, but now it's mostly automated. We're also loving how it connects with apps like Uber and Airbnb..it just fits right into our workflow. And yeah, as our team grows and the way we work keeps changing, Concur makes it easy to keep up without too much hassle.
Hmm... SAP Concur has made things a lot easier for both admins and employees at our organization. For employees, submitting expenses and booking travel is much quicker..it’s all in one place and pretty straightforward. Admins also spend less time chasing down receipts or approvals since everything’s automated and trackable. Like, it just reduces the back-and-forth, helps avoid mistakes, and makes the whole experience smoother for everyone involved.

Yes - Mobile UI is super smooth, its very easy to upload photograph receipts directly from the app. Its very easy to approve the expenses of employess too.
Its very much secured as we integrated/enabled SSO login. It is also supporting many different countries and languages in my organization. For many mobile users it really offers real value.
