Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We use SAP Concur for travel and expenses. It makes capturing expenses easy and user friendly, and enables us to recover tax on costs incurred by employees. Recovering tax on employee expenses can be an administrative burden so having a solution like SAP Concur really helps to ease the process of recovering tax on employee expenses.

SAP Concur is the best choice if you are already in the SAP ecosystem. Other solutions do not generally provide anything more than SAP Concur and from an integration perspective, it is more seamless to use SAP Concur if your main ERP is SAP S4/HANA. This is why we use SAP Concur.
SAP S4/HANA. All employee expenses captured in SAP Concur could be transferred easily to SAP S4/HANA for posting and reporting purposes.

SAP Concur is great for managing travel related expenses due to having mobile applications and making the process for end users really straightforward. It encourages employees to provide images and the relevant information so that the business can track expenses and recover tax on those expenses accordingly. It is less appropriate for a business' direct spend.
