Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

SAP Concur is used for travel and budgeting in my company. Whenever someone has to travel abroad, we use SAP Concur as a tool to plan the expenses and define the budget. We then have the ability to track the expenses incurred during the travel and cross check the total expenses and cost to the company. It is used company-wise, including international teams. Having it online is a big advantage, as it is available anytime.

Our organization integrated the ERP system Sage with SAP Concur. We found that it is very helpful in automating our business processes. Our Finance team and Admin team can have a better overview with real-time information. It is also possible to schedule supplier's payments automatically. Accounting and auditing becomes even easier, reducing human errors.
With a growing company, SAP Concur has enabled our team to efficiently process travel needs and budgeting. It has streamlined the way that we plan and execute the logistics around travelling for our teams.
We really love how the expense report at the end of the travel is just adjacent to the planned expenses. It makes follow-up a breeze.
The admin team's workload is easier to manage as we have less manual entries to enter or verify. Everything is digital and very easy to double check. Errors are flagged, thus reducing human error.
As for the employee experience, we love having a cloud solution that enables us to login from the mobile. The mobile interface by itself has made the solution worth it for our teams.

SAP Concur on mobile is great to have for a short trip, you can upload your receipts on the go everyday with the phone camera. However, if you have a longer trip planned (more than 2 weeks), filling in the daily expenses becomes tedious. If you miss one day, the time required to fill in all the expenses accumulates. And, very often, I go one or two days without filling in the expense report, it becomes nightmarish to upload each receipt one by one and filling in the expense details one by one.
