SAP Concur.

Concur is used to facilitate the submission of expense claims and the processing of expense payments. Concur is also used in arranging travel, both in-country and abroad, by Employees across the Business. Our organisation is reliant on travel globally for product testing, supplier engagement, and product delivery. Concur provides a coordinated means for travel and expense management, allowing both the Business and employees to coordinate their efforts in a controlled manner.

SuccessFactors Employee Central, where employee data is fed into Concur. We implemented Employee Central 10 months ago and, as part of this, had to establish a data feed into SAP Concur. Due to the nature of Employee Data within the Employee Lifecycle, it was possible to integrate this with the feed into SAP Concur closely.

SAP Concur has allowed us to establish a coordinated end-to-end approach for managing Expenses and arranging Travel. The product has been in the Business for several years now and provides a consistent platform for Employees to access and use, and Administrators can manage how it operates. Onboarding other countries to use SAP Concur within our Business is growing.

Employee have both a desktop and mobile app option when coordinating their effort in arranging travel and collecting and submitting expenses. This has been a great benefit to the business as it provides the flexibility required. Submissions, Policies and Procedures, Approvals in a structured way have helped the Employee understand what they should do. From an administrative perspective, the admins can configure, review, and enhance the travel and expenses processes. It allows them to review and correct issues in the solution easily, yet there is the recognition that controls and audits are in place.
