Not amazing gets the job done.

I use SAP Concur as an expense reporting tool to submit my own report and to approve other's reports for processing. The "problem" that this product addresses is submitting reports for expenses. I wouldnt classify expenses as a "problem" but more of a need, and this need can bi filled more effeciently by another app, or maybe by some clarificaitons from SAP to our accounting department. The scpoe of our use case is collecting expences to track spending and control outgoing payments.

I am not too sure what they have set up just yet.

I am not impressed with SAP Concur. I have more negatives than positives. I suppose that SAP Concur has allowed us to grow in the sense that we can now track purchases and have a better control on spending. We require specific things to approve an expense before swiping a card, so getting to the expense report is just the last half of the battle for our employees.

All this app is doping for us (currently) is collecting receipts and paying some bills. There is not a situaiton where (i believe) we are taking advantage of any innovations, or ground breaking technology. Users are nto benefitting individually, they can take pictures of their receipts for any app we chose to use.
