I use SAP Customer Data Solutions in our organization to unify client data from multiple channels so as I can help make informed determinations by providing the right social progress to the right businesses. This solution is used in a few departments such as sales, marketing & research, and development.

  • During the initial setup, it was overwhelming for some of our employees to customize some features and integrate SAP Customer Data Solutions with other non-SAP applications. The vendor success team offered free support and still does whenever we face issues via phone call and email chat support.
  • Customer loyalty has been improved by SAP Customer Data Solutions since we contemplate their preferences and needs.
  • SAP Customer Data Solutions offers a holistic audit log by collecting and storing customer consent and preferences within the right location.
  • A self-service preference center for customers allows them to control their relationship with our services without getting help from an IT service provider.
I use the cloud-based solution, which has automatic updates. I have never experienced an outage for the three years that I have used SAP Customer Data Solution. Whenever I need to manage and control customer data, I always get this tool fully functioning.

SALESmanago CDP & Marketing Automation doesn't cover all WYSIWYG email editor tools, which makes it less effective to send high volume outbound emails, unlike SAP Customer Data Solutions which has all the mentioned tools making it independent.
