- Since customer data can be scattered in multiple platforms, SAP Customer Data Solutions has reduced the hassle of accessing the info differently via single sign-on.
- By unified unknown, offline, and online customers, we have gained a lot of traffic, which has improved the SEO of our brand online.
Since we offer our products to different people all over the world, we require a customer data platform that offers multiple languages and is accessible everywhere. Therefore, Twilio Segment was not the best tool for us because it only offers a few languages and also can’t be accessed in certain parts of the globe.
