Overall Satisfaction with SAP Litmos
We use Litmos for all of our external and internal training, professional development, and learning. Internally, it is used to train members across all departments of our organization. Litmos has addressed the gaps in in-person programming by providing us with a solution that allows us to reach our network and parts of the population that have not been reached.

Single most important factor was price as we are a non-profit, trying to serve all users.
I now know more about the content authoring tools needed so I would go in more prepared for the demos around content authoring questions.

Yes. I only took the Litmos courses that I needed but those were related to very specific tasks.
Configuring SAP Litmos
Keep your color codes and brand sheet open as you're working.
Some - we have done small customizations to the interface - Not easy - so we've only done limited.
Some - we have added small pieces of custom code - Needed more guidance here.
Allow users to create brands in the system so when you're content authoring, it's automatic.

We did not as we were told there is ton of support for all admin/account owners.
I cannot - when we were still the in "sales" portion of the discussion, the customer service was much stronger than once we purchased.
