Overall Satisfaction with SAP Litmos
We use Litmos across our global organization to manage employee & partner training/onboarding. Litmos has helped us scale training processes over the last three years -- We have seen continual growth in the feature sets available, and believe in Litmos as a quality training platform to help move our company forward.
- Integrations -- a wide variety of system integrations are available - need expertise on your end to make them function well - but many are available!
- Workflow automation -- Litmos has many built in tools to allow for workflow rule creation to auto assign training based on various criteria -- if you know the training you want people to consume, making sure it gets in their hands is rather easy.
- Badges/gamification - improvements have been made - but this element could really change the user experience and be a motivating factor for people.
- Reporting -- out of the box reports do exist and the reporting engine is OK -- some seemingly simple types of reports must be done via API and is a real challenge.
- Reduced time to onboard.
- Improved training consumption.
I've used a wide range of LMS's in the past (Brainshark, eLogic, Thinkific, Moodle). From a feature/function standpoint - Litmos stacks up well against any of them. In most situations, Litmos will exceed the competition. Litmos offers flexibility in terms of managing the end user experience that is top notch -- If you're looking to create a learner-centric experience, Litmos will suit your needs well. The best advice I can give is make sure you have someone dedicated to the ongoing management of Litmos as new features and functions roll out, so you can best leverage what they have to offer!
