Overall Satisfaction with SAP Litmos
We use SAP Litmos for staff training. Staff is required to take classes through SAP Litmos as part of their onboarding process. We also have to take periodic classes in areas such as sexual harassment and diversity. We use a mixture of pre-made classes and custom-made classes to ensure staff get general training but also cover topics that are specific to our organization.
- Wide variety of pre-made classes to [choose] from so you don't have to re-create the wheel
- The dashboard keeps you organized and tells you which classes you need to take next
- I love that classes are interactive and ask you questions throughout your learning to make sure you are paying attention.
- Some of the classes seem very elementary in their graphics or words- they should be geared towards the audience who is using them.
- I wish there was an easier way to log in. It is quite a roundabout process if I cannot find my company's specific link.
- Increased number of employees completing training by the given dates
