Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud
I use SAP Sales Cloud to manage the sales cycle, all the way to closing. It helps to make forecasts pe run continuous improvement which is much more efficient than doing it yourself
Pros
- Complete automation
- accurate prediction
- Management of the entire funnel and process from start to finish
Cons
- it is not easy and straightforward, at first you have to motivate employees to use it
- increased sales!
- recovery of lost customers (or customers we thought were off target)
- more rational analysis of sales cycles and customer lifecycle
as I said, increased sales speed, performance, and analysis. Having better leveraged the customer base, we will now focus more on lead generation and portfolio retention. For us, it's a big step forward
