Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

We do store our Business cases and CRM. It created a great used cases folder to ensure communication between teams and former employees.
the easy access from phone and non-vpn devices helps to get the info everywhere at the right time. I do recommend this tool and think that Helps on a daily basis.

This tool helps to keep track on the approval status. It’s easy for different teams to keep track on the actions and and request status to the pjm and follow up on necessary people.
i do recommend the BC module to have a clear picture of the quote and benefits
Still thinks there is some improvement to do. In my opinion would help to have a copy between BC to avoid making the work extensive for multiple item quotes.
Better user experience. Intuitive platform with great tools. Easy to find past cases and people from different companies.
great customer management tool it helps to keep the know how inside the company when a colleague decides to take a new challenge out of the company. It’s always a great start to search into the tool
