Overall Satisfaction with SAP Service Cloud

I use the SAP to access expenses and review my spending summaries.
  • Hosting detailed summaries of past expenses.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Improve compliance & risk management.
  • The menu bar can be redesigned.
  • More user-friendly.
  • Quicker user flow.
  • Improves management work stream.
  • Effective and not problematic.
  • Streamline management practices.
It is very easy to learn and integrate, but navigating the menu bars and the UI of the site could be better.
My use and experience with SAP Service Cloud does not allow me to say if it improved our customer service or not.

Sap is great for keeping track of finances and documents and accessing/organizing information for our team.
